Exceptions are my subcompact 9mm which has 3 mags and my AR which gets 6 mags; 5 of the 30 round mags with standard ammo plus a 20 round mag with steel penetrator ammo. So, for equipping others, you should have about 10 mags for each of your AR's. Then, taking into account wear and such for AWB type situations I'd add another 5 or so.
