Adams, a recent graduate of Tuskegee, to help organize the school. 1919 The school came under the control of the Lincoln Parish School Board in 1919, and its mission was expanded to include teacher training. 1928 WebGraduate School works with the Provost, the Graduate Council, the academic deans, the graduate program coordinators, and faculty to help provide students with a superior educational and research environment within which to pursue rigorous, challenging, and relevant graduate and professional degrees.
