I do agree that vitality+agility still a better build but still best to put about 20 points into str with high vitality and 15 into agility. EDIT: Each point into str gives 1.5% damage increase by the way. WebBuild I and Build II are both pretty basic. They're what I expect from an Authority build. They take away from your Exile's ability to fight so that your thralls are stronger. Fair enough. Nothing Special. I was considering leaving them out but figured I'd keep then in.
